Hydrocotyle sp(westbengal) and Hydrocotyle asiatica 

seems to be Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides as looks similar

 unidentified semi aquatic plant growing at this area near by my house in kolkata

 An unrecognised Hydrocotyle sp 

 Today I went to my friends house there on the way suddenly I encountered an amazing aquatic plant what I have never expected in the tropical and heavily civil constructed area in kolkata
