Ottelia alismoides
This is a entire submerge aquatic plant found all over India. It looks very beautiful but for very few time it is used in aquarium,because of its big cluster leaf structure,although in juvenile stage the leaf structure has in showed leaf , after a few month the leafs are becomes broad and bushy.
After rainy season the new plants grows under the shallow water,sometimes it turns red while in under tropical sun light. A mature plant usually produces 5 to 12 flower bud.

That is a very beautiful plant. I have been looking for it in Delhi for a long time. It simply does not appear in the shops. I think this is because it cannot be propagated vegetatively. It spreads by seeds only and sellers prefer plants they can propagate easily which means without flowering first.
